Second Prom Photoshoot

I had another prom session today, it was pretty stressful such as transportation etc, but I love working with these two I think the photos turned out pretty good. For some reason I guess the entire town had their prom and wanted to take pictures at Broyhill park, the parking lot was filled and then people started parking on the side of the road and walking all the way to the park. I saw some beautiful gowns, I really wanted to ask to take a photo of the girls but yeah running on a busy schedule today. Hopefully I'll get another opportunity soon. Surprising thing is this girl and the previous prom session girl are sisters I didn't know that til like the very end of the day lol.

BTS: Smoker Photoshoot

Obviously I'm not a smoker, I rolled up a piece of paper and lite it on fire then yeah viola! SMOKE! Throughout the whole shoot I was suffocating it was unbearable but you have to do crazy things to get the right images. So far I think the photos have turned out pretty good. I'm very proud of my new lights. In case you're wondering I'm using the Yongnou 462 but please please, just buy a good one I bought the cheap ones my first one already broke on me so yeah. 3,000 Subscribers!!!

Today I am very excited!! I finally reached 3,000 Subscribers!!! I know everyone says this, that they never would have expected that many people to subscribe to them, well same goes for me! I am super excited! Although this may not seem to be a lot to some people it really does mean a lot to me and I am sooooo thankful!!!! I'm going to try and host a contest soon. I love all my viewers so dearly. My first video was made for a good friend's site, I never would have expected to have gotten this far. Thus I want to thank Janie Wang because she inspired me and helped get me started with doing makeup! I really don't know how to thank her she's super gorgeous and talented herself with a loving and kind heart! I'll never ever forget such a valuable person in my life. :)

Prom Photoshoot

On May 7th I had a Prom Photoshoot with Maggie Chang and her boyfriend Ryan. I was planning on using my speedlite but it ran out of batteries because I came unprepared. So we just stuck to using the reflector. To my surprise there were a lot of other photographers there! We ended up just walking around Broyhill park and when we got back we were pretty much done. I had it on manual settings the whole time which I'm a noob at using. Lol kind of lame for a "photographer" to not know how to use it hahah. But yes it did a wonderful job. I barely have to retouch the photos at all. But when we were just about done another photographer said he wanted to borrow them to take a picture because he mentioned they look stunning but thought that they were getting married lol. We laughed and said no it was just a senior prom.
